At Urban Tactical, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tactical inspection team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
